the answers to the quarrels

The light of the moon was hid by the clouds,
and the city lights made orange the night.
I trembled 'cus I was scared.
You stopped the car, and said to me,
"Oh my God, are you okay?"
I said, "No, I'm not. Who the hell is God?"
"I'm scared," I said, "In fact, I'm terrified.
What if mother lied
and it's not alright?"
The sky's so big. Too big for me.
I'm scared that home
won't mean anything.
As we drove away on that dark highway,
I found that I
no longer feared life.
Life is all I've ever known.
Now I'm scared
to see it go.

other worlds we cannot see.

Death was created by a human mistake.
